Your first form builder was crazy hard to use—unless you were a programmer. Another contained cool conditional fields, but no templates—and their documentation stunk. And most wouldn’t integrate with your applications… useless. And their support took days between responses. Plus, their price was so high (including custom development to make it all work), you’d need a government loan!
